Will this cream make my skin oily?
The skin cream is developed as a light barrier care without a heavy or greasy film. Start with a small amount on cleansed skin in the morning and evening. You can add a little more to particularly dry areas if needed. It is suitable for the face, neck, and dry skin areas.
What exactly is in it – and is the cream scented?
The INCI is as follows: Aqua, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Pentylene Glycol, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Glycerin, Ceramide NP, Squalane. The base listed under Aqua contains our SOURCE LAB mineral mix. The formula contains no added fragrance and no ethanol.
What do studies show regarding the minerals?
In a study using a magnesium-rich salt solution, skin hydration and roughness improved; for participants with increased initial water loss, barrier function also improved. In another study, strontium nitrate mitigated specifically induced burning and stinging. Other salt solutions, concentrations, and applications were investigated, not our finished skin cream. No identical effect of the cream can be derived from this.

What does the Dermatest "very good" seal mean?
The cream was tested for skin tolerance in an epicutaneous test on 30 people with sensitive skin under dermatological control. After a single application, no relevant skin reactions occurred in the test area. The result relates to skin tolerance, not to proof of efficacy.
