Shipping Information

Storage, picking, packing and the operational shipping process for your order are handled by our fulfilment partner HIVE.

HIVE prepares your order for dispatch and hands it over to the carrier used for the relevant shipment.

Once your order has left our fulfilment warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided with your order.

Where shipment tracking is available, the shipping confirmation contains the relevant tracking link or tracking information.

Irrespective of the operational shipping process, your seller and contracting party remains:

If we offer a time-limited promotion with different shipping conditions, the conditions expressly stated for that promotion apply.

Delivery is available to the EU countries that can be selected as a delivery country during the ordering process.

For deliveries between EU Member States, no customs import formalities are normally required simply because the parcel crosses an internal EU border. Different rules may apply to territories with a special customs or tax status.

Delivery outside the European Union is only available where the relevant destination country can expressly be selected during the ordering process.

Depending on the destination, additional customs duties, import taxes, charges or fees may apply and may be levied by the competent authorities or service providers.

Such charges are not levied by SOURCE LAB and are therefore not part of the shipping charges shown by us unless expressly stated otherwise.

The availability of a language version of our shop does not in itself mean that we deliver to every country in which that language is used. The delivery countries available during checkout are decisive.

For regularly available products, the delivery time stated on our product pages for deliveries within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.

The delivery time stated for the respective product or during the ordering process is decisive.

Deliveries to other countries may take longer depending on the destination.

Processing and delivery generally take place on business days.

On public holidays or during periods of exceptionally high order volumes, for example during major promotions, processing or delivery may take longer in individual cases.

Your statutory rights in the event of delayed delivery remain unaffected.

Please check your delivery address carefully for completeness and accuracy before placing your order.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for which you are responsible, because delivery was refused or because a parcel was not collected in time, and you request renewed shipment, the additional shipping costs actually incurred may be charged to you where legally permissible.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If your order arrives damaged, a product is missing or you receive a product different from the one ordered, please contact our customer service as soon as reasonably possible:

Where possible, please provide your order number and identify the product concerned so that we can assign and process the matter quickly.

Photographs of the shipment or product may make assessment easier, but they are not a condition for exercising your statutory consumer rights.

Where a complaint concerning defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly delivered goods is justified, we bear the costs that we are legally required to bear in providing the applicable statutory remedy, including necessary transport or return costs.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in your country of habitual residence.

The information on our separate Right of Withdrawal page applies to your statutory right of withdrawal.

For online purchases of goods, consumers in the EU generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period, subject to the applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

If you exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods where we have properly informed you of this before the contract was concluded and have not expressly agreed to bear those costs ourselves.

You are welcome to contact our customer service before sending a return. This allows us to provide the return information intended for your order and can make it easier to match the returned parcel to your order.

Contacting our customer service in advance is not a condition for validly exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

For eligible care products purchased directly through the-source-lab.com, we offer our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.

It allows you to try an eligible product and return it within the applicable guarantee conditions if it does not suit you.
