You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement:

You can declare your withdrawal, for example, by letter or email. You can use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
Alternatively, you can use the electronic function "Withdraw contract" provided on our website. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
Additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
The repayment will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.
For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return after Withdrawal
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal, to the following return address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please return the goods sufficiently stamped and securely packaged for transport. Returns sent freight collect cannot be accepted.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, Mittelweser Heilquellen GmbH grants you a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
The satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to products purchased directly through our online shop at the-source-lab.com.
For products purchased through other providers or sales platforms – such as Amazon, Shop Apotheke, pharmacies, retailers, or other online shops – there is no claim under our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. For such purchases, the return and refund conditions of the respective seller apply.
Your statutory rights against the respective seller remain unaffected.
Conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee
You can try out a product purchased directly from the-source-lab.com within 30 days of receipt and return it under the satisfaction guarantee if you are not satisfied.
The product may have been opened and tested to a reasonable extent.

The return must be made immediately after receiving the return information, but no later than within 14 days.
Costs and Reimbursement
You bear the direct costs of the return.
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the actually paid purchase price of the returned product using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded under the voluntary satisfaction guarantee.
This does not apply if you have effectively exercised your statutory right of withdrawal within the statutory withdrawal period. In this case, the statutory provisions on the consequences of withdrawal apply.
Exclusions from the Satisfaction Guarantee
Excluded from the voluntary satisfaction guarantee are:
- products that are completely or almost completely used up,
- intentionally damaged products,
- products that have been used contrary to the application or safety instructions,
- products not purchased directly via the-source-lab.com.
