Right of Withdrawal: Understanding Your Rights

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided you are a consumer within the meaning of the EU consumer protection directives and the order was placed within the European Union.

In addition to this statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

You can return items within 30 days of receipt – even if they have already been opened or tested.

Statutory Withdrawal Period (EU)

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the shipping service provider) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw. You can send this by letter or email to the following address:

Mittelweser Heilquellen GmbH

Auf dem Kampe 3a

31582 Nienburg/Weser

Email: info@thesourcelab.de

Phone: 05021 - 60 39 0

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). The repayment will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which the return is received by us.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

If you make use of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, we will cover the return shipping costs.

What is the Right of Withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal is a legally established right that gives consumers the option to withdraw from a purchase agreement within a specified period without giving reasons. This regulation ensures that buyers, because they cannot fully examine the properties of a product before purchase, have the opportunity to reconsider their decision. In Germany, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods, but there are also exceptions that buyers should be aware of.

How do you exercise your right of withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you usually need to send a written notice to the seller. This can be done by email or via a corresponding form, which is often provided on the merchant's website. It is important that you submit this notification within the legal period, otherwise your right expires. After the withdrawal has been accepted, you often have to return the goods within a certain period.

Special features of the right of withdrawal

There are some exceptions to the right of withdrawal that buyers should note. For example, the right of withdrawal is often excluded if the goods were specially manufactured or if you open sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection. Also, because digital content is usually available immediately, different rules may apply here. Therefore, it is important to read the provider's terms and conditions carefully.
