Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement:

You can declare your withdrawal, for example, by letter or email. You can use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
Alternatively, you can use the electronic function "Withdraw from contract" provided on our website. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
Additional costs incurred because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your notification of withdrawal was received by us.
For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return after Withdrawal
After you have informed us of your withdrawal, you will receive the return information and a corresponding return label for your order.
Please register your return in advance via our returns portal or contact our customer service at kundenservice@thesourcelab.de. For returns, please use exclusively the return label provided by us. Only this way can our fulfillment partner HIVE clearly assign your return to your order.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days expires.
Please pack the goods completely and securely for transport. Keep the proof of postage until the return and refund are fully completed.
Upon receipt, the return will be inspected and processed by our fulfillment partner. The refund will generally be made via the payment method used for the order. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
Voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, Mittelweser Heilquellen GmbH grants you a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
The satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to products purchased directly through our online shop at the-source-lab.com.
For products purchased through other providers or sales platforms – for example, Amazon, Shop Apotheke, pharmacies, retailers, or other online shops – there is no claim under our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. For such purchases, the return and refund conditions of the respective seller apply.
Your statutory rights against the respective seller remain unaffected by this.
Conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee
You can try a product purchased directly from the-source-lab.com within 30 days of receipt and return it under the satisfaction guarantee if you are not satisfied.
The product may have been opened and tested to a reasonable extent.

The return must be made without undue delay after receiving the return information, but no later than 14 days.
Costs and Refund
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the actual purchase price of the returned product using the original payment method.
The original shipping costs and the costs of return will not be refunded under the voluntary satisfaction guarantee.
This does not apply if you have effectively exercised your statutory right of withdrawal within the statutory withdrawal period. In this case, the statutory provisions regarding the consequences of withdrawal apply.
Exclusions from the Satisfaction Guarantee
Excluded from the voluntary satisfaction guarantee are:
- products that are completely or almost completely used up,
- intentionally damaged products,
- products that have been used contrary to the application or safety instructions,
- products not purchased directly from the-source-lab.com.
