At SOURCE LAB, you should not have to judge skincare on a first impression alone. That is why, in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we give you time to try eligible products at home.

If the product does not suit you, you can use our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods remain fully unaffected.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered multiple goods as part of one order and the goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but it is not obligatory.

If you use this online withdrawal function, we will provide you without undue delay, on a durable medium such as email, with confirmation that your withdrawal statement has been received, including information identifying the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time at which it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returning your order in practice

To help us match your return to your order as quickly as possible, you are welcome to contact us before sending it at kundenservice@thesourcelab.de .

Where we provide a return label, you may use it to simplify the return process through our fulfilment partner. However, contacting us in advance and using a particular return label are not conditions for validly exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Please pack the goods securely for transport and keep your proof of posting until the return and reimbursement have been completed.

Our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee

IN ADDITION TO YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You can try your SOURCE LAB care products for 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with an eligible care product purchased directly from us, you may use our voluntary satisfaction guarantee in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Which purchases are covered?

The voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to physical care products purchased directly through our online shop at the-source-lab.com.

The geographical scope covers the countries to which our online shop offered delivery at the time of purchase.

Products purchased through Amazon, Shop Apotheke, pharmacies, retail stores or other sellers or platforms are subject to the return and reimbursement conditions of the respective seller.

Digital vouchers and other purely digital services are not covered by this voluntary trial guarantee.

Duration and conditions

You must claim the voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee with us within 30 days of receiving the goods. If you first claim it after this period has expired, you are not entitled to a return or refund under this voluntary guarantee. Claims made within the deadline remain unaffected. Your statutory rights, particularly those relating to defective goods and the statutory right of withdrawal, are not restricted.

The guarantee applies for 30 days from receipt of the product.

During this period, the product may be opened and tried to a reasonable extent.

Products that have been completely or almost completely used, deliberately damaged products and products used contrary to the application or safety instructions are not covered.

How to claim under the satisfaction guarantee

Please provide your order number and identify the product for which you wish to claim under the satisfaction guarantee.

We will then provide you with the necessary return information. Once you have received that information, the return must be sent without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards.

You bear the direct cost of returning the product under the voluntary satisfaction guarantee.

What will be refunded?

Once we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund the amount actually paid for the product covered by the guarantee using the original payment method.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not reimbursed under the voluntary satisfaction guarantee.

This does not apply where you have validly exercised your statutory right of withdrawal within the statutory withdrawal period. In that case, the statutory consequences of withdrawal apply instead.
