You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided you are a consumer within the meaning of the EU consumer protection directives and the order was placed within the European Union.
In addition to this statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee:
You can return items within 30 days of receipt – even if they have already been opened or tested.
Statutory withdrawal period (EU)
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the shipping service provider) received the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us). Reimbursement will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund. You will not incur any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
If you take advantage of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, we will cover the return shipping costs.
