Shipping information & refunds

1. Shipping costs

Within Germany, we offer free standard shipping for orders over €20 . For orders under €20, a shipping fee applies, which will be displayed during the checkout process.

2. Shipping time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the delivery address and shipping method.

Note regarding payment via SEPA transfer through our payment service provider Mollie:

When selecting SEPA transfer as the payment method via Mollie, payment is made by bank transfer to the account of our payment service provider Mollie BV.

The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received in the Mollie account.

Please note that SEPA transfers can usually take 1-3 working days to process.

Order processing will only begin after payment has been received.

3. Shipping service provider

We ship our products with reliable shipping providers such as DHL or Hermes. You will receive a tracking number, which you can use to easily track your order online.

4. International Delivery

We currently offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times for orders outside of Germany vary depending on the destination and are calculated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct to avoid delivery delays or failed deliveries.

6. Shipping insurance

All orders are insured during shipping. Should an item be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can find a suitable solution.

Return within 30 days of receipt – even if you have already opened or tested the product.
