Shipping and Returns
Shipping Process
The storage, picking, packing, and shipping of your order are handled by our fulfillment partner HIVE. HIVE manages the operational shipping process for us and hands over your order to the respective shipping service provider.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If available for your shipment, it will also include a link for tracking.
Shipping Costs within Germany
Within Germany, standard shipping is free for orders over €39.
For orders under €39, shipping costs apply. The exact amount will be displayed in the checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time will be displayed on the product page or during the ordering process.
Processing and delivery generally occur on business days. Delivery may be delayed on weekends, public holidays, during promotional periods, or during times of exceptionally high order volume.
International Deliveries
Deliveries are possible to the countries that can be selected during the ordering process. The available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed in the checkout.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are not levied by SOURCE LAB and must be borne by the recipient.
Delivery Address and Undeliverable Shipments
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused acceptance, or failure to collect in time, additional costs may arise for a new shipment.
Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, a product is missing, or an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please provide your order number and, if possible, send us photos of the delivery. We will review the matter and find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
In the event of a legitimate complaint due to damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Your statutory right of withdrawal is governed by the information on our separate page "Right of Withdrawal".
For a return within the scope of a normal withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
Please contact us before returning an item at kundenservice@thesourcelab.de so that we can provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send returns to our company headquarters without prior arrangement, as returns may be handled by our fulfillment partner.
