Shipping Information & Refunds

1. Shipping Costs

Within Germany, we offer free standard shipping for orders over €29. For orders under €29, a shipping fee will be charged, which will be displayed during the order process.

2. Shipping Duration

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery takes place within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer depending on the delivery address and shipping method.

Note on payment via SEPA bank transfer through our payment service provider Mollie:

If you choose SEPA bank transfer via Mollie as your payment method, payment will be made by bank transfer to the account of our payment service provider Mollie B.V..

The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received in the Mollie account.

Please note that processing SEPA transfers can usually take 1–3 business days.

Order processing only begins after payment has been received.

3. Shipping Service Providers

We ship our products with reliable shipping service providers such as DHL or Hermes. You will receive a tracking number so you can easily track your order online.

4. International Delivery

We currently offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times for orders outside Germany vary depending on the destination and will be calculated during the order process.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct to avoid delivery delays or failed deliveries.

6. Shipping Insurance

All orders are insured during shipping. If an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can find a suitable solution.

Return within 30 days of receipt – even if you have already opened or tested the product.
